概要
c2a-core app を利用するかどうかといったオプションや， #306 で追加したビルド対象をMOBC or sub OBCで切り替えるオプション， stdint.h の切り替えオプションは，多くの C2A user にとって重要なオプションである一方，その存在がわかりにくい．
そこで，User 開発者のためのビルドオプションの簡易なドキュメントを追加する．
注: 本 PR では，その場をつくるという意味合いが大きく，ひとまず簡易なものである．今後必要に応じて編集・追記する．
