Add in the dedicated idt generator for cameras which have some form of tonemapping applied.
This utilizes the debevec method, and also hermite curve fitting to perform the linearization.
Added small fixes to ensure GeneratorNames are written into clf
Added exclusions to ensure we do not write out all the path data to the clf
Builds atop the feature/add_clipping_filter branch
