This pull request aims to update and improve the Ukrainian translation across multiple files. The changes include:

Update Ukrainian translation for NTP setup documentation

- Translated the main guide on how to use pool.ntp.org for synchronizing computer clocks.
- Included instructions for configuring ntpd on various operating systems including Linux, *BSD, and Windows.
- Provided steps for setting up NTP synchronization on recent Windows versions through the system settings.
- Added additional notes on considerations for using the NTP pool, including using local timeservers, donating servers to the pool, and ensuring proper time zone configuration.
- Thanked volunteers contributing their time and servers to the network.

This commit adds comprehensive Ukrainian language support for the NTP setup documentation, making it accessible to Ukrainian-speaking users.

Hi @YulianMysko -- can you click "resolve conflicts" and help sort those out in the editor? I think for someone reading Ukrainian it won't be a terrible amount of work, but there's no way I'll be able to do a good job at it!
