An editor for gpx files with all the features I need and can think of :-) It supports online and batch operations on multiple gpx files.
I like to plan my trips in advance on my PC! And I'm using my Garmin device and not my smartphone. In theory, I could use any web service out there but at one point in time I need to download a gpx and send it to the device. But since I have to go through the PC anyways I can as well use the big display, the mouse and the keyboard right away...
I did do a lot of things with GPS-Track-Analyse.NET but that has been de-continued. But Google will provide a lot of results for you. From own use I can recommend GPS Visualizer to help with various tasks like converting, showing tracks, ...
