Fix packaging

A bitwarden WIP plugin was present in previous package on PyPi

Add plugin local_fs

Add a new local filesystem plugin.
You can for exemple put or read a file in a shared filesystem mounted localy (sshfs / sftp / any fuse filesystem)

First official version

Minimal working version, with AWS SSM plugin
