Release 3.8.4

This is a small patch that adds small technical features.
If you have version 3.8.3, you only need to update your executable.

Changes

• added an option to force enable welcome screen (to solve loading issues), simply run with -ws 1 option
• added indicators to several invisible items that serve as light sources in game
• items affected: 44123-44131, 44267, 44398, 44399
