Test datasets

  1. Siemens, GE and Philips scans
  2. DTI (with approx b=1000, 6-30 directions), HARDI (approx b=2000-3000, 60-120 directions), DSI
  3. for each dataset we should have diffusion data covering completely both hemispheres (cerebellum not compulsory), mprage/spgr, resting state fmri.
