Registration

  • Using T2 improves the registration quite a lot as compared to only T1-to-b0 and linear registration. But there still issues: ...

Multi-Resolution

  • The Multi-Resolution parcellation currently resamples the volume ROIs using the white surface from Freesurfer. This is suboptimal to catch all the fibers that connect to grey matter (there might be holes etc.)

Connection Matrix Creation

  • Currently, there is an error in the computation of the average fiber lengths. The intrahemispheric connections for the left hemisphere are loger than on the right hemisphere.
