default colorが表示色と異なる #68

#63 でパネルより色が修正できるようになったが，default色の時のパネル表示が[0, 0, 0]となっている．そのためその状態のまま色のパネルをクリックしenterを押すと，色が黒くなる．default色はわからないがは[0.95, 0.95, 0.95]のほうが適切に見える．
