NIS elements:initiating stage

It's important to run this every time the stage is turned off. This procedure is run within NIS-elements
The stage is about to move to it's extremes in order to test it is working correctly and ensure NIS-elements consistently refers to the correct absolution position values of the stage. NIS-elements behaves unexpectedly with this Marzhauser stage - if the stage is turned off after a microscope restart and stage initiation is not run the microscope refers to the current stage location as the origin which is arbitrary.
