- We strive to make all communication clear and avoid assumptions. We view transparency as a lifestyle of authenticity and honesty. We view transparency as a way to establish a culture of trust.
- We believe in having the right people that possess a variety of skill sets and are professionals on our team. We encourage regular communication among all team members. We want all team members to be involved in planning tasks and projects.
- We want to complete tasks swiftly and remain nimble. We believe in releasing MVP/MVCs (Minimum Viable Products/Changes) as often as possible. We want to default to action rather than waiting on someone else.
- We strive for a great work environment where everyone shares ownership. Everyone's voice is heard and the team is willing to constantly evolve to improve efficiency. We prioritize team members well-being.
