Miscellaneous update)

Add try-except block in camera setting control
(Probe calibration) Save TransM and Points info with timestamp (e.g, transM_SN46115_20240925_150407.csv) to prevent overriding.
(Stage Controller) Before moving the probe to the top position, ensure that the top position (local_z = 0) is also the top position in global coordinates to prevent it from accidentally moving down.
(Documentation / Github Action) Build documentation when there is a PR on the main branch.
Change UI (font size, alignment, etc)
