Troubleshooting

Do you have problems with Premade Groups Filter?
Please consider doing the following steps before opening an issue:

1. Click the reset button and try a simple filter

Go to premade dungeons groups. Click the reset button. Then filter dungeon groups for min 1 tank. You should only see groups with at least one tank. Try another filter if there currently aren't any groups with tanks.

2. Disable all addons except Premade Groups Filter

Disable all addons but Premade Groups Filter and maybe BugSack/BugGrabber and do another test.

3. Temporary reset your saved settings

Your settings might be in a corrupt state. Try to temporary reset your saved settings:

1. Quit WoW completely.
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_retail_\WTF\Account\<ACCOUNT>\<REALM>\<CHARACTER>\SavedVariables in Windows Explorer.
3. Move files PremadeGroupsFilter.lua and PremadeGroupsFilter.lua.bak to your desktop or any other folder.
4. Restart WoW and check if the problem still exists.
5. If not, optionally quit WoW again and restore your settings by moving them back into SavedVariables.

4. Check the chat window for LUA errors

Use an addon like BugSack (GitHub, Curseforge) to copy the LUA error.
