  1. Simplify SeeqSequence module implementation. 

    This is done by always calling `assembled_entropy`
inside of `mix` and adding labelled arguments to avoid
confusing inputs of the same type. code for
`generate_32bit_state` is cleaned up to make better use
of Seq.
