  1. Introduce CurveAffine trait 

    This unifies the methods previously exposed by the `PrimeCurveAffine`
and `CofactorCurveAffine` traits. The prime-order and cofactor traits
are now all marker traits, and their affine-specific traits are
automatically derived.
