This PR brings back the alljavadoc tasks, updated for support multi-module setup.
The task generates the Java docs for all modules, in a single HTML site. For this to work I have to rename directories in
srcto match the respective module name.It also fixes #455
There isn't any Java source changes in this PR, just the renaming of src directories, and the Gradle build updates.
