Patches

• move all Service Bays into Payload from Utility unless Breaking Ground installed. If Breaking Ground installed, move into Cargo
• ReStock
• ReStock whitelist (off by default)
• Stockalike Station Parts Expansion Redux (SSPXr) (End cap switching requires B9)

Installation Directions (assumes basic KSP mod installation knowledge):

• Extract to your KSP folder.
