meeqtl

The goal of meeqtl is to perform CpG sits methylation dependent eQTL (me_eQTL) analysis

Installation

You can install the released version of meeqtl from CRAN with:

install.packages("meeqtl")

And the development version from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("yzeng-lol/meeqtl")
