To run it, change the two lines in main.py, and run it

path=os.path.join("/home/huoy1/Projects/celltracking/Fluo-N2DL-HeLa/01")

temp_path = os.path.join("/home/huoy1/Projects/celltracking/temporary_result_Hela")
