solr-doc-manager v0.1.0

This is the first release of solr-doc-manager as a separate package. Version 0.1.0 is compatible with mongo-connector >= 2.5.0. Before mongo-connector 2.5.0 the solr-doc-manager was included in mongo-connector itself.
