Allow cio_ignore kernel argument on s390 (bsc#1210525) #693

Problem

The cio_ignore kernel argument is ignored on s390 when the parameters are read and later it is not written properly (see yast/yast-installation#1104 for more details).

Solution

Whitelist the cio_ignore parameter on s390.

Testing

  • Tested manually

Coverage Status

coverage: 87.604%. remained the same
when pulling 31eaa42 on cio_ignore_always
into 56475a8 on master.
