GNE Nepal Android App Version 2.1.1

Now with bug fixes!

This release contains fixes for the screen orientation lock issue in v2.0 and a signing error in v2.1

@DougNoGit and I are still working on the issue with Nepali text characters.

We are also working to reduce the overall physical size of the app (142.64MB is a little bit too big)
and this will be available in the v2.2 release.
