Creates an ubuntu/bionic64 box with libseccomp-dev, libcap-dev. It comes with golang version 1.11.

Syncs folder ~/workspace (Host Machine) to /workspace (Guest VM).

Requirements

• Virtualbox
• Vagrant

Setup Instructions

• Use vagrant up inside the repo directory to start the VM
