Description
It was noticed by Elias that having the kicker at different
dp[xy]locations has an impact on the emittance growth from IBS kicks. This is due to a small omission in some calculations.This PR brings some small changes in the calculations for stdev and mean of the
p[xy]values I use. Thedp[xy]at the location of the kicker is now taken into account.Checklist
