New features

• Added Markdown component to be used in server-side extensions.
  It has a single text property that takes the markdown text.
• We now render the new description markdown properties received from
  xcube Server (see xcube-dev/xcube#1122)
  in the info panel. (#454)

• Now displaying dataset titles in the map legend. (#419)
