Thanks for your contribution. I have a task for updating the docs after the 8.3 release for such mentions, but I haven't found the time to tackle it yet. I wouldn't do the change exactly as you did (I prefer to provide links to each testing thread rather than to the news page, and 8.2 LTS is not a "Standard release". Actually this standard vs LTS release distinctions is not so true with the 8.3 release, which is a special release which starts as a rolling release and will at some point become a LTS. I'll find a wording.
