A vitepress template use default theme with zh/en languages support

Quick Start

1. use this repo as template
2. search all TODO items inside this project and change them to your own repo
3. Any modification under docs/ will trigger the github actions and deploy your site to github pages

Limitations

1. This template only provides zh and en languages.
2. Your markdown files should contains # header at the very first line or it will not be added to sidebar.
3. 404 occures if there is content only under one language folder
