TransCAD v8 Model

This model release includes major improvements:

• The model script is modified to be compatible with TransCAD version 8 build 22360
• 2018 base year model was developed
  • Highway networks and TAZ data were updated
  • Base year model was calibrated and validated
• 2045 existing plus committed scenario was developed
  • Highway networks and TAZ data were updated
• Model documentation and user's guide were updated

TransCAD v6 Model

This release makes two major improvements:

• The script is modified to be compatible with version 6 of TransCAD
  • (specifically 9250 but other versions tested worked, too)
• The installation process is more streamlined
  • No need to copy files to the TransCAD directory
  • No admin rights required
  • Installation documentation is updated

TransCAD v5 Model

This release modified the organization of the Cleveland MPO model slightly to integrate with GitHub. For example, .gitignore files were added, output files were removed, etc. A small amount of organizational improvement was performed, and the installation documentation was updated to reference the new file locations.

No script, input file, or parameter file modifications were made from the original model delivery.
