- used term "dataframe" consistently, instead of "dataset" - moved vector subset from dfs to dataframes section - added note that manually loading data also opens the viewer - updated script captures to not show rm() command - updated instructor names and dates

- moved download of datawork folder to ex2 - replaced mentions of tidyverse for dplyr and purrr - moved document outline and data exploration to annex - changed toy dataset in map vs loop exercises to 50k cols
- updated View() image - updated learnr server in presentation - changed loading of dataset to read.csv() so result is not tibble - combined exercises 4 and 5 - dropped some repeated content on factors - added script with exercises solutions
