More changes to the docs page:

• Added a notebook example for flood data using wrapper functions to explore metadata and run the API for several admin areas. I think it demonstrates common use cases and works well: https://github.com/worldbank/DECAT_Space2Stats/blob/docs/notebooks/docs/user-docs/space2stats_floods.ipynb
• Added links to notebook examples in main page
• Changed AOI in demo notebooks to Burundi so they load better
• Converted R notebook to markdown using jupytext

Also:

• Added a test notebook that I used to QA flood data in dev: https://github.com/worldbank/DECAT_Space2Stats/blob/docs/notebooks/notebooks/data_tests/space2stats_flood_test.ipynb

Let me know if you have any feedback. At this point, I am not sure how we want to highlight the StatsTable example, perhaps that should remain internal.
