Add Publishing Documentation
I added some documentation about the flow of publishing and points of interest in the
development/design_notes/publishing.rstfile. I believe some of this is subject to change (for example, the default files that are in the package).Remove old Documentation
I removed some of the old publishing mockups that are now obsoleted.
