Draft 4 joss

This PR adds v1 of the draft for the JOSS paper and figures. JOSS's maximum length is 1000 words.

Review the content. Please @mspada add initial and major references. The .bib file is now only a placeholder for help.

• Future Forest web page is now only in German
• 3 separate branches live in parallel to this one for

• prepare for final release of the package in PyPI
• add functionality of running only a simple MCDA (the user defines the pair norm/agg)
• add functionality for the user to upload stochastic simulations of the indicators and spare the MC sampling.
