Sodz Health and Wellness Survey

Survey made by Daniel Ward and Victor Walker. This is our project for the 2023 Merced Hackathon.

Steps to opening:

1. Download and extract source.
2. Navigate to the source folder in a command prompt, and make sure Java is installed.
3. Put in the following command: "java -jar SodzHealthAndWellness.jar"
4. Complete the survey!
