Can give analysisType option in step 2 (additive [default], recessive, or dominant). Only affects the analysis when using bgens and doing so without query. Recessive analysis is true recessive, dosage = 2 * GP(hom_alt). Dominant dosage = GP(het) + GP(hom_alt)
