Go to https://www.tide-forecast.com/ to get tide forecasts for these locations: Half Moon Bay, California Huntington Beach, California Providence, Rhode Island Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina

Goal: for lowtide during daylight (after sunrise, before sunset) extract [timestamp, height]
