Uses the "move" action for managing "holdership" of NFTs
Updates "owner" field on transfer of NFT if the NFT is rented out
Is agnostic to all other mechanics, such as burns, transfers, offers & external smart contracts, since the entry in the "assets" table is untouched, making it fully backwards compatible & exploit proof
