- Stop building CentOS 7 containers, because it is EOL (and stopped building successfully without modification)
- Switch Rocky Linux to docker.io/rockylinux/rockylinux repositories, since the docker.io/library/rockylinux repositories have fallen out-of-date.
The CentOS 7 container is no longer building properly; and, since it's now EOL, it makes sense to just stop building it. Signed-off-by: Jonathon Anderson <[email protected]>
