A corpus of patients have DiagnosticReports have codes for (alternatively, could look in the Observations referenced in DiagnosticReports.result or DiagnosticReports.supportingInfo) for Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis 700250006. A retrospective clinical decision support tool is making sure that all of those patients either got a follow-up procedure @@what's a good procedure code?@@ or a notation waving it.
The same corpus above is being joined with EPA data documenting releases of irritants from nearby chemical factories to see if there's a strong safety signal.
