It's good to have a template as it will prompt for use of the template elements but the PR creator can always just delete the proposed markdown if not relevant or useful. |

This PR adds a PR template that suggests one possible mechanism1 for live previews of edits, and also includes a request from @nicholascar to include closing keywords.
