What exactly is your problem? Can you please register a bug for what you're trying to fix here or have a discussion on the mailing list? For example: the term "in-band track" is already used in the HTML spec and should not be defined there and here.

I would really like to have all change proposals start as bugs on the In-band sourcing component of HTML WG. I think this is the best venue for discussion and we can keep track of any resolution.

My suggestions here were only editorial: adding definitions, linking to them, .... It's a pain to go through Bugzilla, just to do that. If some terms are already defined in the HTML spec refer to them.

I created a bug as suggested: https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=27009
I've also reworked the changes to have only changes regarding that bug, i.e. only touching the introduction.
