Goals

Add functionality for utilizing other remote orchestration tools, such as bolt, ansible, and choria in tandem with making the server itself capable of running independently of the puppetserver. Lots of code cleanup and better tests are incoming as well, along with a plugin system that is similar to how Rails Engines.
