This Patch Release removes unnecessary dependencies from the Windows Docker Image, removes a flux-system folder from the staging cluster included as an example, and cleans up the CloudFormation YAML provided in the pulumi/backend folder so that it only deploys an S3 bucket. It includes the same features as the 2022.12.01 release, shown below:
This release includes:

- Infrastructure as Code in Pulumi + Go to deploy a VPC and an EKS cluster with Linux and Windows nodes
- Dockerfiles and GitHub Actions workflows to build said images for GitHub Actions self-hosted runners
- FluxCD sample files to deploy an Actions Runner Controller with all the necessary dependencies to support auto-scaling
