This is clone of http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=2771 with fixes and improvements:
- Make Conque buffer restore it's (normal/insert) state upon enter
- Merged the difference between 'normal' and 'edit' mode
- Ability to visually mark the paused terminal
