In this task, you will have a meeting using a specified process that aims to improve productivity by following a strong convention. We use the meeting to plan the actions required for the project.

To experience the value of a clear and focused meeting process, and to utilize tools that support it.

Tasks

As a team, have a meeting using the specified process, to make decisions and allocate actions required to work on the project.
