choice

Partially reverts #35943

As fun as it is to have all the spells stored in the ass it led to several problems:

  • It made it somewhat more difficult to handle spells code-wise
  • It only really affected humanoids, and any other mob that didn't have a butt could cast spells just fine
  • Prevented wizborgs from existing, which was probably one of the more important incentives the wizards had for accepting the borgification instead of going catatonic

🆑

  • tweak: Magic is now stored in the brain, not the ass, which should also allow wizardly silicons to be made again.

Make magic stored in the brain AND the ass, you need both.
No ass, no magic casting, unless you turn into something that can't have an ass.

the wizard incentive for borging is being in an MMI and still able to cast fireballs, killing anyone that picks you up instantly
