Adds condiment bottle sprites for several reagents. (#36658)

* adds the checks

* Add files via upload

* makes chefsauce purple

* changes some chem colors

bicaridine is now pale blue
kelotane is now orange
dexalin and dexalinp are now cyan

* makes zine greyish white
