Checks MANIFEST.MF of a given jar

Why?

Nordays executable jars became the new black.

Still, https://github.com/apache/maven-plugins/tree/trunk/maven-jar-plugin[maven-jar-plugin] provides no validation for the MANIFEST.MF.
