PPGPilot v0.4

Changes:

• Added a second dashboard for both watch and touch screens to display more gust alert details. Switch between dashboard with the up/down buttons (watch) or swipe left/right (touch screen). Note the gust alert network is only useful for Houston area pilots at this time.
