Remove rm and interactive flags

This aligns this plugin with the v3.4.0 release of vantage that automatically adds the rm, interactive, and tty falgs when needed.

This update changes the username used in the REDIS_URL to use redis 6's 'default' username instead of 'h'.

v3 compatible release!

This release re-writes the redis plugin to be compatible with vantage version 3. It's much nicer.

The code is cleaner and smaller.

I've removed the web sub command, but made the shell sub command much better (and renamed it to 'run').
