Fixed post rollback renaming namespace issue

When we run command enable all modules - we got next error:

bin/magento module:enable --all
Unable to change status of modules because of the following constraints:
Cannot enable CtiDigital_Configurator because it conflicts with other modules:
CtiDigital_Configurator conflicts with current CtiDigital_Configurator version 1.2.0.3 (version should not be 1.2.0.3)
